This is a "demonstration" deck with each Buyer Card having the same Budget Value of £890 and each Seller Card having a Break Even of £387.

The deck provides the perfect opportunity for trainers to demonstrate to participants that negotiation outcomes will vary between individuals even with the same starting positions.

• Seller Break Even = £387 (Same for ALL Sellers)

Overview:

When teaching a large group, these cards are ideal for illustrating the "Law of Satisfaction" with the same Break Even and Budget values.

There is no knowledge of the other party's position and each negotiator will try to reach a satisfactory agreement regardless of what the other party is offering.

After the exercise/time period, you can ask who was satisfied and what the agreed number was.

Record the results and compare them on a screen, showing what each person thought was satisfactory... you can then reveal they all had the same number and watch their excitement grow as they compare their results.
